It is important that all applicants read and understand the PIA firstcapital Terms of Business before making an application. The PIA Terms of Business are provided below to download. These are separate to any terms of business that our brokers may provide. The PIA Terms of Business provide important information about how we treat you as a client and how your account will be managed. As an FSA regulated firm, PIA adopt the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles which guide how we conduct business with clients, and these are outlined in our Terms of Business.
We have a duty to provide Best Execution for you and observe a “Best Execution Policy” that is available upon request.
